Why Is the Preview for My Art Image Fuzzy
blurry previews?
Then I've created and uploaded my master files, as PNGs.. and the tshirts are crisp on the previews. The tote bags however are weirdly blurry - I've also tried uploading the "optimal" files size specifically for totes also, notwithstanding that doesn't help either. I'm a scrap at a loss hither. This screenshot doesn't show it well but I promise, it's blur, not the mockup.

Heya! This is normally because of the way nosotros shrink images for our previews, which could cause some images to look a flake blurry when zoomed in. It should not affect how your design prints at all!

Cheers! I was hoping that was the case. Will have to get a sample to make certain.

Howdy, sorry for reopening this post again, simply my question is similar to the above. I submit 300dpi 4700px x 3500px images equally the primary file but when I apply them to my products, (e.thou. a throw-pillow the image looks fine in the mock-upwardly at first but when I zoom in the preview via my shop or download the promo tool mock-upwards epitome for Instagram it looks pixelated when zoomed. Is the mock-up in the preview turned into a 72ppi paradigm or is information technology to do with my 300dpi main file?

Endeavour to alter the file for the throw pillow (use the recommended template). It might accept been resized badly with the 4700 x 3500 px. 300 dpi master file is the standard. Some products use 150 dpi if yous replace the epitome (ex. cut & sew).

Thank you for your communication, I just tried using the recommended template but the aforementioned thing happens in the preview when you zoom the image. I am wondering whether it but that the preview is lowered to web resolution and so when you zoom we might see pixelation only when printed it is every bit per the 300dpi resolution I used? When I print my images on normal fine art paper or photographic at that place is no pixelation at this size...

Probably merely the compression to spider web image. So long as your reference prototype is high-res and you didn't rescale it a bunch of times and so it should print fine. I think rescaling more than once could mess up the quality, it seems that the paradigm gets permanently rescaled if you save it because if you try this and try to rescale it again, the % always goes back to 100% so it seems that the image for X product gets overwritten so I would suggest rescaling your preferred image only one time, and if y'all're not happy, re-upload again for that product and rescale only one time.
